Working principle
The core working principle is to convert electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibration (typically at frequencies ranging from 20kHz to 100kHz) by an ultrasonic generator. When the vibration propagates through the liquid in the cleaning tank (such as water or a dedicated cleaning agent), countless tiny bubbles are generated. These bubbles are rapidly formed and burst under the action of the vibration energy, releasing a powerful impact force (i.e., the "cavitation effect"), which can penetrate into areas such as crevices and holes that are difficult to reach by traditional cleaning methods, effectively removing oil stains, dust, oxides, fingerprints and other dirt from the surface of the object.
